What's happening in F2?
Our class caterpillars. We loved looking after them and watching them change.
We went on a minibeast hunt. We learnt the names of the creatures we found.
We used non fiction books to find out about different minibeasts. Then we made our own non-fiction book.
We looked closely at a ladybird. Then we drew a picture it.
We labelled the parts of a ladybird. Then we wrote some facts about them.
We learnt the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Then we innovated the story, changing some of the fruit.
We tasted food from The Very Hungry Caterpillar story
We made healthy fruit kebabs
We enjoyed watching our tadpoles change into frogs
